All meetings are scheduled, as needed, at 6:30 PM on the chosen day in the Lumbard Hall Memorial Hall Meeting Room. The Chairperson and Members, including the Recording Secretary and Alternates (if needed), are present. These meetings are open to the public.
It issues variances, requests to deviate from current zoning requirements. If granted, it permits the owner to use their land in a way that is ordinarily not permitted by the zoning ordinance.
Term length: 5 years.
