All meetings are scheduled, as needed (typically every two to three months), at 4:00 PM on the chosen day in the Lumbard Hall Memorial Hall Meeting Room. The Members, including the Recording Secretary, are present. These meetings are open to the public. 

The Village Tree Committee maintains the Village Tree inventory and implements the Village Tree Management Plan, which includes planting, trimming, and removal of trees as required.
